Absentee ballot drop boxes are only available during business hours of early voting. Drop boxes are CLOSED when early voting ends. Absentee ballots must be returned to election offices — not precincts — or received by mail by 7 p.m. Nov. 3. Check your county elections office for details.

CHATHAM COUNTY

Early voting locations — there are six, open weekdays Oct. 13 to Oct. 30. Two are open on Saturdays; two others are open on Sundays. Dropboxes only available during open hours. Hours vary by location. See listings below.

Saturday voting is available 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Oct. 17, 24 only at Southwest Library, Mosquito Control.

Sunday voting is available 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Oct. 18, 25 only at the Eisenhower, Civic Center locations.

Weekday voting:

  • Voter Registration Annex, 1249 Eisenhower Dr.: open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays. Dropbox available;
  • Savannah Civic Center, 301 Oglethorpe Ave, Savannah: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays from Oct. 13 to Oct. 30
  • Islands Library, 50 Johnny Mercer Blvd.: open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays from Oct. 13 to Oct. 30. Dropbox available;

Early voting is available at two locations, week days from 8 a.m . to 5 p.m. Oct. 13 to Oct. 30. Saturday voting is available at both locations. Dropbox available at Richmond Hill location during business hours only.

GLYNN COUNTY

In Glynn County, early voting is available at two locations 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Oct. 13-Oct. 30. Saturday voting is available at both locations, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 17 and Oct. 24. There is no Sunday voting.

CAMDEN COUNTY

Early voting at three locations. Hours vary by location — check times and dates carefully. Absentee ballot dropbox available only at Kingsland location during open hours.

  • Camden County Annex, 107 N. Gross Road, Kingsland, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 weekdays Oct. 13-30. Open until 6 p.m., Monday Oct. 30. Saturday voting, Oct. 17, 24: Open 9 a.m.-p.m.
  • St. Marys Welcome Center, 400 Osbourne St., St. Marys: Open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24; and 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.., Oct. 26-Oct 30.
